Insider tip: Safe swimming and water sports are available at Médano Beach near downtown Cabo San Lucas 18 km (11.25 mi) away, and safe swimming and snorkeling are available at Chileno Beach 4.5 km (2.75 mi), Santa Maria Beach 6.5 km (4 mi), and Palmilla Beach 8.5 km (5.25 mi).
